Cost and Value Engineering has become an important lever in solving complex cost challenges for our clients. Our approach has been tried and tested across multiple sectors; for both simple and complex parts or assemblies as well as services. 

As a result, our Cost and Value Engineering team has expanded led by Alan March, Phil Newnham and Nick Dale who have all been recently promoted. 

Congratulations to Alan March who has been promoted to Head of Cost and Value Engineering. Alan has been with Vendigital for over five years helping to develop and expand our cost engineering propositions and demonstrating the power of cost and value engineering approaches across multiple clients. 

Congratulations to Phil Newnham and Nick Dale who have both been promoted to Principal Cost Engineer. Both Phil and Nick have established themselves as leaders with Cost Engineering and have an innate ability to understand how Cost and Value Engineering principles can drive commercial benefit whilst maintaining quality.
