We’re a Finalist in the British HR Awards 2023
We are delighted to announce that we’ve been named a Finalist in the British HR Awards 2023 with our BUILD Career Development Programme being shortlisted for Best L&D Initiative.
This year, just over 220 entries were received from organisations across the UK, and so competition to be named a Finalist proved to be especially tough. Firms taking part range from start-up innovators to public sector heroes, tech superstars, global titans and everything in between.
The British HR Awards 2023 Judges include:
· Mary Foulkes OBE FCIPD, Director of Equity, Inclusion and Culture at Shelter
· Mairi Probin, Chief Culture and People Officer at The MAPD Group
· Melanie Punch, Head of UK Careers at Investec
· Hannah Reid, People Director EMEIA at Apple
· Janet Roberts, Chief People & Culture Officer at Cycas Hospitality
· Tara Ryan, People Experience Director at Monzo
· Perry Timms, Chief Energy Officer at People and Transformational HR
· Helen Tindle, HR Director at Iceland Foods
· Nate Harwood, Founder at New Possible
Our BUILD Career Development Programme was designed to help every individual who joins Vendigital to build their skills, build a meaningful and fulfilling career and help to build towards the firms success. We're delighted that the programme is getting recognised at a national level.
Nate Harwood, Founder of New Possible and British HR Awards judge said: "This year saw 125% more entries submitted making judging a real challenge but also a great privilege. Congratulations to all the Finalists who are flying the flag for the HR profession and having a positive impact on the working lives of so many people."
We’ll find out if we’ve won at an awards ceremony in Central London on the 22nd March 2023.
