Culture Initiatives

Culture Champions
Our culture Champions team consists of a group of 14 colleagues with a variety of backgrounds and in a variety of roles. Acting as a focus group for the leadership team, we help to ensure that there is regular feedback on new business initiatives and how we shape the business moving forward. -
Corporate and Social Responsibility
One of our core values is 'We Do The Right Thing' and we want to ensure that we have a positive impact in the communities in which we operate. We do this through charity partnerships, minimising waste to protect the environment and in the work we deliver for clients.

Mental Health Champions
Our Mental Health Champions are all trained Mental Health First Aiders. As a group, our mission is to normalise conversations about mental health. We want to support those who are struggling and encourage the team to be proactive in managing their mental health. -
Diversity Forums
At Vendigital, we strive to create an environment that supports all of our team to contribute to the development of the business and to be successful in their careers. To do this well, we understand the importance in creating communities and listening forums to advance our internal practices and develop our culture.

Peer Groups
Peer Groups support internal network development and provide insight into the different projects taking place across the business. It also allows different levels of the business to connect with the leadership team and provide feedback on what is important to each cohort within the firm.

Alongside delivering excellent results for our clients, we also value quality time away from project delivery to connect with our colleagues. We run a busy social calendar with current upcoming events including sports days, theatre trips, games nights, online cooking classes and more...
