This is a new position within our Business Development function, which will play a key role in helping to implement our new go-to-market strategy – and, ultimately, support our lead generation and brand positioning goals.

Working with the Business Development Director and senior stakeholders across the business, the role holder will drive our digital marketing activity and provide support, as required, for elements of offline activity. More specifically, the successful candidate will help develop and execute thought leadership-based campaigns, including managing the content creation process and driving content engagement across our digital channels.

The successful candidate will need to be comfortable in supporting both the tactical day-to-day delivery of activity as well as the identification and implementation of new approaches to continuously elevate the Vendigital brand, and identify and drive lead generation opportunities.  


Role Accountabilities

  • Supporting the development and execution of go to market campaigns and sector specific business development plans, with the aim of generating leads and raising Vendigital’s brand profile
  • Managing the creation of thought leadership content – including white papers/reports, videos, infographics, blogs – working with senior stakeholders across the business and our in-house Brand & Creative Designer
  • Continually seeking ways to improve existing digital marketing practices and processes to ensure they are as efficient and effective as possible  
  • Managing our social media presence, working with Partners and others to grow our networks and network engagement – and ensuring our social channels are optimised and are used across the business to their maximum potential
  • Managing social media advertising
  • Supporting the development of website content and optimising SEO and PPC activity
  • Leading the onboarding of HubSpot, producing mailers/newsletters and creating automated engagement processes within the platform
  • Supporting the onboarding of a new CRM system, from a lead generation and management point of view
  • Lead tracking and management – including working with Partners to qualify leads and uploading to CRM
  • Tracking across all digital channels and feeding into monthly reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and engagement – and reacting to the data by tweaking activity as appropriate

    Experience Required

    • At least 2 years digital marketing experience driving both brand and lead generation programmes
    • B2B Experience
    • Proven campaign management skills 
    • Experience using social media platforms and email marketing platforms (ideally HubSpot)
