6 Month Fixed Term Contract
The Technical Change Manager will be responsible for managing the design and hands-on implementation of robust and scalable solutions for the business, to drive efficiencies and process improvements.
The successful candidate will have a passion for problem solving, driving change, and bringing people with them on the journey. The Technical Change Manager will manage key data centric projects from discovery through to delivery to optimise technology capabilities, transform business processes and ultimately deliver value back to customers.
Role Accountabilities
Transformation projects
- Working closely with the wider Digital Platform team and business; defining and implementing key aspects of our data architecture, ensuring the structure of the data is sufficiently agile, future proof and fit for purpose.
- Facilitating the changes in the automation and streamlining of data ingestion processes for new and existing clients.
- Working with the Technical Product Manager to define system improvements and priorities
- Design and implementation of customer support workflows and escalation triggers
- Contributing to the development of a new operating structure which supports the Digital Platform Strategic objectives.
- Project reporting and tracking of key KPIs
Key Knowledge & Experience
- Strong numerate degree level in Mathematics or equivalent analytical discipline
- Advanced Excel
- Experience with ETL technologies
- Deep understanding of procurement and supply chain data
- Experience in managing project teams
- Experience working with ERP and accounting systems
